Happy Sunday! We just walked in the door and unpacked from our long weekend trip to the Outer Banks with my cousin Josh and his wife Meredith. We had a great time relaxing and exploring. I won’t do a full trip re-cap since I plan to write a whole post about it in the future, but here are a few pictures from the weekend.

Reading   The Happiness of Pursuit by Chris Guillebeau. Oh, and I caught up on my Real Simple magazines this weekend.

Writing  lots of blog post ideas for the upcoming weeks

Listening  the TV. We are still working our way through The Killing, Season 2. To say we are obsessed with this show would be an understatement…..

Thinking  that it was fun to jump back into summer for a weekend, but I’m excited to get completely back into fall mode now!

Hoping  for us to be able to pull ourselves away from the TV after this episode! We need to get a decent amount of sleep for the busy week ahead.

Loving  that we already unpacked everything from this trip – a great, organized start to the week!

Wanting  another day in the weekend! I am just not quite ready for Monday.

Needing  to slow down on the heavy eating. We ate several good, hearty meals this weekend with lots of desserts, so it’s time for more greens and fewer carbs.
